Today’s Bible Verse
Joshua 1:9 ESV “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go“
Today’s Reflection
Courage is not the absence of fear but the decision to trust God in the midst of it. Throughout Scripture, God repeatedly calls His people to be strong and courageous because His presence is with them. The challenges we face today may seem overwhelming, but they are never beyond God’s control. He knows every obstacle before we encounter it and has already promised never to leave nor forsake His children. Faith does not eliminate difficulties, but it changes how we face them. Instead of relying upon our own strength, we learn to depend upon God’s wisdom, His power, and His unfailing presence. When we remember that the Lord walks beside us, fear begins to lose its grip. Our confidence rests not in ourselves but in the One who faithfully leads us each step of the way.

Prayer
Gracious Father,
Thank You for Your constant presence. Help me to trust You instead of giving in to fear. Strengthen my heart, guide my steps, and give me courage to follow wherever You lead.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
